Due DILIGENCE

What is it?

Once you’ve sourced and chosen your preferred investment, we’ll do our own independent and objective research to check the accuracy of what you’ve been told.  We’ll analyse the key assumptions and do our own calculations to make sure you have the facts and figures you need to make an informed decision.

What will we do?

• We will crunch the numbers and provide you with a report showing the calculations for Return on Investment and the Cash Flow analysis. In this report, we will use the figures provided to us by you and or the vendor.
• Based on your specific investment, we will identify and detail the key assumptions that impact on the Return on Investment and Cash Flow calculations. Together, we will prioritise which assumptions that need to be tested and verified.  We will then do our own independent research and analysis to verify these figures and provide you with updated calculations of best, worse and likely scenarios.
